Lesson to all: back up your pictures often! I felt so sick in the moments I was trying desperately to get all of my pictures. I did back them all up in February but I take lots of pictures in a month, and I hated to think of losing all of those precious memories.
Also to note: I am vowing now to never ever buy a pc again-I'm going mac with no plans to go back. I can't handle the computers with 1-year lifespans. Neither can my blood pressure.
We had a fun-filled week which obviously shouldn't be talked about without pictures but no computer=no pictures. We took Ruby to the zoo and she had a blast.
We also welcomed my grandma who visited for a few days and my brother who is home for a few short weeks before heading off for his second year of college.
I plan to be back soon with pictures in tow.
Favorite Ruby phrase of the moment: "OH NO!! I made a mess!"

When you get a mac, make sure you get an external hard drive and set up time machine.
It backs up your hard drive every day. It's a life saver.
